I started Harvest Click after watching great medical practices lose patients they'd already paid to attract — not to better doctors, but to faster follow-up. I became obsessed with fixing that gap, and MedFlow is the result: a system that makes sure no practice ever loses a patient to a missed call or a slow reply again.
